How is the healing process improved with CranioSacral Therapy?
The core belief with CranioSacral Therapy is that a person has the inner resources, or inner wisdom, necessary for healing. The blending and melding process involved in treatment establishes a soothing way to release and actually integrate the tensions and restrictions that prevent proper function of the body, mind and spirit. The process of relieving the aches and pains of our discomforts heals and restores vitality to our bodies.
How does CranioSacral Therapy Build Resilience and Restore Vitality?
By honoring the complexity of the person seeking help, CranioSacral Therapy empowers the client’s process in healing. Often our complex world creates complex problems in our bodies that require more than what’s offered in the biomedical model and contemporary medicine. As good as they are just sometimes incomplete in establishing whole-body health. CranioSacral addresses the long-standing patterns of dysfunction.
What are some expected outcomes from treatment?
Sleep patterns and digestion improve as the body heals and returns to resilience. Physical fatigue will diminish along with a deep sense of returning back to ones self. Long-standing patterns of discomfort subside as the craniosacral therapy penetrates deeply into embedded stressed areas of the body.
What to know about the treatment:
- CranioSacral is light touch practiced over the clothing.
- The process is a melding and blending (listening with the hands) as opposed to digging into the muscles.
- The melding process into the tissues allows the soft tissue and tension to release on their own and is deeply calming and relaxing.
